If you've driven up the coast near Del Mar around sunset, then at some point, you've probably seen a half-dozen or so hot air balloons in the sky. I've seen San Diego from many different vantage points, but never quite like this. The views, the sunset, how QUIET and peaceful it is, gives you a whole new perspective of San Diego. It is definitely a unique way to experience San Diego!
There are
several different companies offering hot air balloon rides and all leave from pretty much the same area. (Also be sure to check out Groupon/Living Social for any current offerings)
